To avoid water damage on our hardwood floor you may be asked to remove your shoes during wet days.
Akademika is a very safe environment, and room occupancy is arranged in advance.
To avoid disturbing other guests, we request no one other than the registered guest(s) enter the premises.

This is a small home-based business. We only rent three rooms, so cancellations affect us significantly.
Full-refund cancellations will only be accepted if made 14 days prior to the date of occupancy (60 days for holidays and special events).
During special occasions we may be able to resell your room and refund your money, just inquire with us.
A $15.00 administrative charge will be applied.
